LD 430 (HP 263)	Resolve, Directing The Department Of Health And Human Services To Promote Translation And Interpretation Services In Health Care Settings	This bill requires hospitals to make every effort to provide an appropriate adult translator for a patient of the hospital who cannot understand English and to provide any discharge instructions, any directions for prescription medications or anything else the patient must sign in the course of the patient's treatment or as a condition of the patient's release in a language that the patient understands.
